1. Instalitica is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Instalitica services at your own risk.
3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not liable if your Instagram account is blocked, banned or deleted for any reason.
4. We may require your Instagram username and password to obtain
required information for our services. We don’t store, give away, or
otherwise distribute your username or password to any third parties;
never have and never will.
5. The expected amount of followers, likes and comments gained through our consulting services is not guaranteed to you in any way. It depends on many factors outside of our control, for example: the quality of your content. Results will vary per account.
6. We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special other third party services. We do not accept any responsibility for special services provided by others. We cannot guarantee photos liked and accounts followed by your account to be of appropriate material. (Example: photos containing nudity with the hash-tags #food #fitness)
7. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of Instalitica services.
8. You agree that upon purchasing our monthly subscription service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, Stripe or any other payment processing option. You understand that your re-occurring payment term will automatically renew for the same amount monthly, unless stated otherwise in writing by Instalitica Consulting Inc. if you fail to cancel or notify us for cancellation, the payments will continue to be processed monthly. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to terminate your account and permanently ban your IP address. If you fail to reply within 1 week you will automatically forfeit any chance of a refund for that months and previous months payments and instead be applied “time” as service for the monies paid.
9. You understand that the monthly payment is due on the first day for our service, unless specifically stated otherwise to you directly in writing.
10. You understand that at high traffic times, it may take up to 3 days to get your account set up.
11. You understand that you will be removed from receiving our services if the payment is not made on the due date of each month, starting from the day that you sign up and subscribe to one of our plans.
12. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you decide to do so.
13. Instalitica does not tolerate spam activity. You understand that Instalitica has the right to ban you from using our consulting services for any reason.
14. You understand and agree that you will not use other Instagram related services while your account is active on Instalitica; this is due to the fact that too much activity can cause your account to be temporarily or permanently blocked.
15. Since Instalitica is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. We do not refund upon sudden change of mind.
16. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
17. Therefore, we honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:
dissatisfaction; if you are 100% dissatisfied within the first 7 days and we can adhere to the results provided you will be granted a full refund, this is only if the results comply with your dissatisfaction.
Product not-as- described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints, which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes, will not be honoured.
18. You understand that Instalitica may use third party companies, including Instagram, to provide account statistics and information. Instalitica is in no way liable or responsible for any inaccurate
information provided by third party companies.
19. You understand and agree that you can not use other growth services while you are subscribed to Instalitica. Instalitica will not be held liable or responsible for any third party services that you may
use to boost account growth.
20. Instalitica will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer from using instagram. We make no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Instalitica uses the Internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee up time or availability of our website.
21. You understand that we use third party applications such as Whatsapp for communication; we do not accept any responsibility or liability if third party applications do not work properly or cause delays in our response to your inquiries.
22. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
